We are an affordable housing community located in Lancaster, currently accepting applications on a first-come, first-served appointment basis for our one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom apartments. Utilities such as water, sewage, and trash are included, and each unit is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas stove.

• Holding deposit required: $300 (this amount will be applied toward move-in costs).
