1. Notification of Infringement
Nearbylifes respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the listing).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
2. Counter-Notification
If you receive a notification that your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint, and you believe that the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our agent.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Nearbylifes has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at Nearbylifes's sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
