We provide affordable housing in Lancaster and are currently accepting applications on a first-come, first-served basis for our 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units. Appointments are required.

This affordable housing community offers apartments with rent ranging from $1,616 for a one-bedroom unit to $2,299 for a four-bedroom unit. Water, sewage, and trash services are included in the rent. Every unit comes with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas stove.
