Hello! This is my home, a two-bedroom townhouse located in the quiet, tree-lined area of South Pasadena. I am seeking someone who would like a comfortable place to stay in Los Angeles while I am traveling from June 9 to July 3, ideally for the full duration or most of it (extending a few days on either side may be possible). The apartment includes a washer and dryer, a complimentary parking spot in the building’s lot, and access to a garage with free weights and a bicycle for your use.

The unit is situated in a small building with only three other residences, and it is within walking distance to Trader Joe’s, shops, and restaurants. The location is convenient for all neighborhoods on the east side of Los Angeles and downtown, and it is ideal for anyone who needs to be near the Huntington Library or Caltech. It is a 10 to 15 minute drive to Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Mount Washington, and Echo Park.

There is a large main bedroom with a California king-sized bed, a smaller bedroom with a twin bed, and an office set up for remote work. This setup is great for a short stay in Los Angeles or if you have relatives visiting. Both bedrooms are upstairs, along with a full bathroom, while the office and a half bathroom are downstairs. The washer and dryer are located in the basement (additional stairs required). The kitchen features a gas stove and every tool needed for making third wave coffee. There is no central air conditioning, but three new wall units are installed (two upstairs and one downstairs), and keeping the bedroom doors closed will allow them to cool the rooms sufficiently.
