Jalilvand Law Corporation (JLC) is looking for a highly experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to become part of our dynamic boutique firm located in Beverly Hills, CA. This position is designed for someone with at least 5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience who has handled complex, high-value cases and played a key role in advancing cases through treatment, negotiation, and settlement.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong ownership of cases, sound judgment, and the ability to move cases forward proactively with minimal supervision, all while upholding a high standard of client care and case quality.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough investigations into case facts and develop a clear understanding of liability, damages, and treatment progression.
  • Draft correspondence and legal documents with high accuracy and professionalism.
  • Obtain and analyze evidence, records, medical bills, and supporting documentation to enhance case value.
  • Monitor and manage client treatment portfolios, ensuring continuity of care and proper documentation for settlement purposes.
  • Assist clients with property damage claims and coordinate resolutions efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys to coordinate all aspects of the case.
  • Organize and maintain case files within electronic systems, ensuring completeness and easy access for attorney review.
  • Gather and compile case materials to support demand preparation and settlement strategy.
  • Prepare, file, and serve legal documents as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of recent plaintiff-side personal injury experience with demonstrated growth in responsibility.
  • Proven experience managing moderate to high-value cases and guiding cases through settlement resolution.
  • Strong understanding of case lifecycle management, including treatment monitoring, documentation, and pre-demand readiness.
  • Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) preferred.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage a full caseload and competing priorities independently.
  • Self-sufficient, proactive, and capable of identifying and resolving issues without constant direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with case management and business software (Filevine, MS Office, Adobe, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to delegate effectively and work collaboratively with support staff.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in handling confidential matters.
