Overview

We are looking for a meticulous, reliable, and proactive Administrative Assistant to become part of our property management team. This key role involves supporting office workflows, managing tenant interactions, and coordinating maintenance activities. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our San Fernando Valley headquarters. Only candidates living in the local area will be considered.

Primary Duties

  • Answer phone calls, route them appropriately, and respond to tenant inquiries.
  • Oversee maintenance work orders and schedule service providers.
  • Organize digital files, email correspondence, and office documentation.
  • Draft notices, official letters, and bilingual communications.
  • Support leasing paperwork, new tenant orientation, and compliance documentation.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to ownership and the management team.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English, Spanish, and Hebrew.
  • Must live in or near the San Fernando Valley. This is not a remote role.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to learn quickly.
  • Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, and standard office applications.
  • Experience in property management or real estate is helpful but not required.
