Overview

This is a full-time role with Santa Barbara Adventure Company (SBACo). The Group Experiences Coordinator will be tasked with designing, promoting, and delivering tailored outdoor programs for corporate, educational, and group clients. This position integrates sales, logistical coordination, and creative planning within a dynamic office setting. The hourly wage ranges from $21.00 to $25.00, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Knowledge and Experience: One to two years of experience in event planning, sales, or a related area. In-depth familiarity with the Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez Valley regions. Competency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Core Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and organizational abilities. Capacity to oversee multiple initiatives with meticulous accuracy. Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
