Pay Range: $18.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on experience

Overview

Behavioral Therapeutic Services (BTS) is seeking caring and driven Behavior Interventionists to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with special needs. This part-time position involves providing one-on-one support to clients in home, school, or community settings under the supervision of a BCBA. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred).
• Experience working with children with special needs is preferred, though ABA experience is not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and accept ongoing training and constructive feedback.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable transportation and readiness to travel to client homes.
• Must successfully pass a background check and TB clearance.

Schedule & Availability

• Part-time hours.
• Availability during afternoons and early evenings is preferred.
