We are hiring for a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager position in the San Fernando Valley areas of Porter Ranch, Newbury Park, and Sherman Oaks.

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager will support daily restaurant operations, ensure outstanding customer service, supervise team members, coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house staff, manage inventory, and uphold cleanliness and safety protocols. This role also includes training and developing employees, resolving guest complaints, and enhancing overall restaurant performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management, including staff supervision and customer service
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of hospitality management and basic accounting
• Experience in training and developing team members
• Proven ability to address customer concerns effectively and professionally

High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
