We are looking for a capable Sandwich Chef / Line Cook to join our active café in Atwater Village. If you take pride in using quality ingredients, working with precision, and crafting excellent sandwiches, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Preparing high-quality sandwiches, both hot and cold
  • Slicing meats, prepping ingredients, and ensuring freshness
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
  • Working efficiently during busy service periods
  • Following recipes while adding your own creative touch

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in a deli, sandwich shop, or kitchen environment
  • Strong knife skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude
  • Food handler certification, or willingness to obtain one

Bonus Points If You

  • Have experience with pastrami, Italian sandwiches, or specialty meats
  • Care about presentation and consistency
  • Bring positive energy to the team

Pay is $19 per hour plus tips. Starting pay.

Schedule

  • Full-time or part-time available
  • Saturday availability is a plus
