Overview

Requirements

• Background in food service, hospitality, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
• Solid leadership and communication abilities.
• Strong focus on details, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver’s license; previous experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.
• Willingness to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Driving and Truck Management: Operate, stock, and maintain the truck safely. Conduct routine inspections and address issues as they arise.
• Crew Leadership: Guide, oversee, and train a team of 1 to 3 crew members on service and quality benchmarks.
• Customer Interaction: Manage orders, process transactions, and ensure guest satisfaction while controlling workflow.
• Food Preparation and Service: Direct food prep and cooking activities, following all health and safety guidelines.
