Requirements

• Ability to work full-time (5 days per week, 8-hour shifts).
• Availability for weekend work.
• Most shifts run from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
• A genuine passion for food, people, and hospitality.
• Positive outlook and excellent communication abilities.
• Collaborative team member who is also self-driven.
• Openness to learning and professional development.
• Possession of a valid California Food Handler Card.

Daily Responsibilities

• Welcome and support customers, fostering an inviting shopping atmosphere.
• Fulfill orders at the meat counter, including selecting and wrapping proteins.
• Offer detailed product insights and suggest suitable options.
• Assist with checkout, process payments, and manage order tracking.
• Keep the front-of-house area clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Actively build a cooperative and friendly workplace culture.
