Position Details

We are seeking candidates for immediate full-time driver roles. Applicants must satisfy age and licensing criteria, and be ready to undergo certified training and work adaptable schedules.

Requirements

All applicants must:

• Be at least 25 years old due to insurance regulations.
• Successfully complete a background check.
• Hold a valid California driver's license.
• Maintain a clean driving record for the past three years.
• Speak English fluently; bilingual ability is advantageous.
• Upon hiring, commit to attending AAA certified training sessions.
• Upon hiring, be able to work varied hours and take advantage of overtime possibilities.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service abilities.
• Exhibit a friendly and optimistic demeanor.
• Present a neat appearance with good personal hygiene.
• Show responsibility and dependability.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with Battery Service Provider work.
• Previous towing experience involving wheel lifts, flatbeds, or battery service.
• AAA certifications.
• Knowledge of a second language.
• Mechanical aptitude.

Required Documentation

1. A three-year driving record from the DMV.
2. Driver's license.
3. Social Security card.
