Role Summary

You will serve as the initial point of contact for our customers, overseeing the dining room and patio seating flow to guarantee a welcoming and equitable experience for everyone. This is a high-energy, friendly, and extremely busy setting, particularly during weekends.

Daily Responsibilities

• The Greeting: You are the first person guests encounter. A sincere and warm welcome is essential.
• The Coordination: You will kindly guide guests through our distinct "Order First" seating process, ensuring everyone receives a fair spot.
• The Observation: You will monitor the floor, identifying guests who appear confused or upset and notifying a manager promptly so we can resolve any issues.
• The Management: Oversee the patio and dining area to confirm tables are clean and prepared for incoming guests.
