Pay and Growth Path

• Starting Pay: $18 per hour
• Performance evaluations occur at 30, 60, 90, and 120 days.
• Potential Earnings: Up to $22 per hour within 120 days based on performance.
• Exceptional performers can earn $25 per hour in certain roles.

What You Will Do

• Carry out industrial cleanup tasks, including shoveling, sweeping, and removing materials.
• Assist plant operations through hands-on, general labor duties.
• Safely load and unload trailers and containers.
• Operate tools and equipment such as shovels, brooms, wheelbarrows, and air tools.
• Work in industrial settings, including at heights with fall protection and in confined spaces with proper safety gear.
• Perform daily inspections of equipment.
• Comply with all MSHA and safety regulations.
• Work alongside team members to ensure operations run smoothly.

Requirements

• Reliable and consistent work history is mandatory.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in industrial environments.
• Willing to work at heights and within confined spaces.
• Strong team collaboration and a focus on safety.
• Experience in industrial, plant, or trucking settings is beneficial but not required, as training is provided.

Training and Certifications

• MSHA Certification provided at no cost to you.
