Delivery and Setup Crew for Party Rentals
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team for the delivery, setup, and retrieval of party rental equipment. This includes items such as bounce houses, water slides, tables, chairs, and other event supplies. This role involves significant physical activity and takes place at homes, schools, parks, and events across the Inland Empire.
Overview
This position is focused on weekends and requires physical labor within a growing party rental company. Compensation begins at $20 per hour for Helpers and $75 or more per job for Drivers who have a truck. Work is based in the Fontana service area.
Requirements
- A valid drivers license.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- A truck is necessary for the driver role, and it must be registered and insured.
- Ability to repeatedly lift items weighing 50 to 100 pounds or more.
- Availability on weekends, as most work occurs Friday through Sunday.
- Punctuality and dependability are essential.
Job Duties
- Loading and unloading equipment.
- Delivering and correctly setting up inflatables and rental items.
- Cleaning and inspecting all equipment.
- Returning to the rental site for pickup after the event.
- Providing professional customer service at all times.

Work takes place at family homes, schools, and public events. You must be able to conduct yourself professionally in these settings. Background checks may be conducted in accordance with California law.
This is not a local position; candidates must be able to consistently report to the Fontana operating area and complete assigned tasks on time. Our service area includes Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Ontario, Upland, Rialto, Eastvale, Bloomington, Claremont, Montclair, and surrounding areas.
