Overview
IMT Residential is seeking a qualified Service Technician to oversee property maintenance and deliver outstanding customer service. This position provides a competitive hourly wage ranging from $24.00 to $27.00 per hour based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits, monthly team performance bonuses, and opportunities for career development through training programs.
Requirements
- Experience in residential property management, hotel maintenance, or similar fields.
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, general carpentry, HVAC systems, and appliances.
- Positive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication abilities.
- Openness to adopting new technologies such as Outlook and SuiteSpot.
- Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency situations.
- Possession of a valid and active driver's license is mandatory.
- EPA Type II or Universal certification is advantageous; CPO certification is also beneficial.

Position Details
In the role of Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the property remains in good working condition and maintains its visual appeal. Duties involve diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues in apartments and common areas, preparing units for new tenants, conducting daily grounds upkeep, and using a company-provided tool kit. Additional tasks may be assigned by the Service Manager or Community Manager.
