Overview

Kelly Services is recruiting for a manufacturing company based in Jurupa Valley, CA. We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals who have experience in manufacturing or construction to join a fast-paced production team focused on utility and underground electrical supply operations. This is a long-term opportunity with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee. SE HABLA ESPANOL!

Schedule and Pay

• Pay: $19.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Overtime available daily (up to 2 additional hours, making for 10-hour days)

Job Duties

• Support the manufacturing of utility PVC and HDPE conduit, large radius sweeps, utility boxes, wire pulling and duct proofing accessories, and aerial utility products.
• Operate or assist with machinery (experience with machinery is beneficial but not mandatory).
• Carry out physical tasks, including lifting 50+ pounds and working in hot or outdoor environments.
• Perform general labor tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing or construction is required.
• Ability to regularly lift 50+ pounds.
• Comfortable working in hot, rugged, or outdoor conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
• Willingness to work daily overtime when needed.
• Machinery experience is a plus but not required.
