Overview

Coalition Technologies is looking for a committed Recruiter to fill a remote position. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. The candidate must be available to work 40 hours per week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Compensation depends on location and experience, with a starting hourly wage of $15 to $35 in certain states.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, screening, and hiring.
• International recruiting experience is considered an advantage.
• A strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
• Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to remain well-organized with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to uphold strict confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A dependable workstation equipped with a fast computer, microphone, speakers, and stable internet and power supply.
