Mechanical Assembler

Location: Onsite
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours), Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift: 1:30pm-10:00pm

Overview

We are looking for a talented Mechanical Assembler to become part of our team. In this practical role, you will accurately put together mechanical parts and systems, playing a key part in our manufacturing achievements. The role features a competitive hourly wage of $19 - $22, depending on experience, along with a full benefits package.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to handle small mechanical tools such as torques, calipers, pliers, and similar items.
• Practical understanding of assembly drawings, BOMs, and microscopic assembly.
• High level of precision and capacity to adhere to directions.
• Readiness to learn and adjust in a quick-moving setting.
• Capability to follow detailed guidance and collaborate well within a group.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior background in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.
• Basic awareness of IPC J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610 standards relevant to electronic assembly.
