Overview
As a Product Manager, you will be directly responsible for developing and executing packaging product strategies within the Western sales region. Serving as the subject matter expert, you will bridge the gap between Category Management and the sales team. This hybrid role requires weekly time spent in the field, at the Cerritos office, and working from a home office. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 to $115,000.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, category management, or procurement.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Prior experience in a Category Management or Strategic Sourcing role is preferred.
- Prior experience in the distribution or food production industry is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel 30-40% of the time.
- Strong leadership qualities and a persistent drive to meet company objectives.
- High emotional intelligence and perseverance to handle complex situations.
