Full-Time Employment | Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Overview

We are a social services organization looking for kind, dependable, and empathetic individuals to assist adults with developmental disabilities in achieving greater self-reliance. This is a practical, active position working directly with clients in community settings to enhance job skills, social abilities, and community involvement. Starting compensation is $20 per hour with mileage reimbursement of $0.70 per mile.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (a college degree is advantageous).
• Reliable vehicle with valid auto registration and insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to helping others.
• Ability to work consistently full-time, Monday through Friday.
