Overview

WOW RECOVERY is a wellness center dedicated to recovery, specializing in post-operative lymphatic massage and body sculpting. We also provide advanced treatments utilizing professional-grade equipment. We are currently expanding our team and seeking motivated, passionate professionals to join our growth. This role is available as full-time or part-time for a senior-level therapist. Compensation is paid per session, plus gratuities and sales commissions.

Requirements

• Open to male or female applicants
• Must be proficient in English (bilingual in Spanish is an advantage)
• Licensed Massage Therapist (willing to receive training in lymphatic massage and body sculpting)
• Esthetician or cosmetologist licenses are also welcome
• Available for full-time or part-time schedules
• Strong motivation for sales
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn

Compensation

• Paid per session
• 100 percent of tips retained by the therapist
• Commission on product sales
• Bonuses awarded based on client reviews
