National Transit Database (NTD) Data Manager

Overview: Manage the correctness, completeness, and timely delivery of financial, operational, safety, and asset data to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). This position serves as the main authority for NTD reporting and compliance. Initial salary range: $70,354 - $78,171.

Requirements

• Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Experience: At least two (2) years in data management, financial reporting, or applied accounting. Prior experience with federal grant reporting is desirable.
• Technical Skills: Expert-level competence in Microsoft Excel, database management, and reporting tools.
• Core Abilities: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Capability to oversee data collection processes and maintain adherence to FTA rules.
