Overview

Lewis Apartment Communities is seeking a skilled and personable residential maintenance professional for the role of an experienced Maintenance Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for a full-time position.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess competencies across all areas of general maintenance, including:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on residential apartments, common areas, and facilities.
• Conducting inspections to promptly identify and address maintenance issues.
• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems.
• Completing painting, carpentry, and drywall repairs as necessary.
• Assisting with apartment turnovers and ensuring units are in excellent condition for incoming residents.
• Responding to resident maintenance requests courteously and efficiently.
• Keeping the maintenance shop and equipment clean and organized.
• Collaborating with the property management team and fellow maintenance staff.
