Position Details

This is a 1099 contract position offering weekly payments via direct deposit. Achieve strong weekly earnings through a dependable freight network that minimizes empty miles. Please note this is not a local assignment; you must be ready to be on the road for 3 to 4 weeks over the road (OTR) before taking home time.

Qualifications

• Current Class A CDL
• At least 1 year of OTR experience and 6+ months of flatbed experience
• Comfortable with cargo securement (chains, straps, tarps)
• Clean driving record with no major violations or recent accidents
• Must pass a drug screening
• No recent DUI or serious criminal offenses

Important: SAP drivers are accepted. Step 6 is mandatory. One prior violation will be considered.

Compensation and Incentives

• Solo drivers: 70+ cents per mile
• Team drivers: 80+ cents per mile
• Guaranteed mileage: 3,500 to 4,200 miles per week
• All miles compensated (both loaded and empty)
• Tarp pay: $75 per load
• Extra pickup or drop: $200 each
• Detention pay: $15 per hour after 3 hours
• Layover pay: $100 per day after 6 hours
• Inspection bonus available
• Referral bonus: $1,200

Equipment Offered

• 2023 to 2026 models: Peterbilt, Volvo, Kenworth, Freightliner, and Mack
• Equipped with inverter, microwave, and refrigerator
• Lease-purchase option becomes available after 3 months for qualified company drivers
