Position Overview

This is a 1099 Owner Operator role providing steady flatbed freight with guaranteed high weekly mileage. Drivers earn a competitive base rate along with substantial bonuses for tarping, additional stops, and referrals. Weekly settlements and direct deposit are standard.

Compensation and Bonuses

• Solo: 70+ cents per mile
• Team: 80+ cents per mile
• Guaranteed weekly miles: 3,500 to 4,200
• All miles compensated: both loaded and empty (no unpaid miles)
• Tarp pay: $75 per load
• Extra pickup or drop: $200 each
• Detention pay: $15 per hour after 3 hours
• Layover pay: $100 per day after 6 hours
• Inspection bonus available
• Referral bonus: $1,200

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• At least 1 year of OTR experience and 6+ months of flatbed experience
• Proficient in securing loads with chains, straps, and tarps
• Clean MVR with no major violations or recent accidents
• Must pass a drug test
• No recent DUI or serious criminal record
• Willing to stay out 3 to 4 weeks OTR followed by home time

SAP drivers accepted. Step 6 required. One prior violation considered.

• 2023 to 2026 models: Peterbilt, Volvo, Kenworth, Freightliner, and Mack
• Includes inverter, microwave, refrigerator, and more amenities
• Lease-purchase option available after 3 months for qualified company drivers
