Terracina in Lancaster offers affordable housing and is currently accepting applications on a first-come, first-served appointment basis.

We are accepting applications for 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom units. Utility costs for water, sewage, and trash are included in the rent.

Parking is available in a shaded, gated area. All units come equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas stove.

Qualification and Fees

• All applicants (combined) must earn at least two times the monthly rent to qualify, but they must not exceed the maximum allowable income.
• Application fee per adult: $50 (payable via a separate money order or cashier’s check).
• Holding deposit required per unit: $300 (this amount goes toward move-in costs).

• 4-bedroom: $2,200

Office hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Closed daily for lunch from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM.
