Looking for an Apartment?

Here at Terracina in Lancaster, we are an affordable housing community currently accepting applications. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

We are accepting applications for 1x1, 2x2, 3x2, and 4x2 bedroom floor plans.

Utilities and Amenities

• Utilities included: water, sewage, and trash.
• Amenities offered: BBQ and picnic area, basketball court, carport, clubhouse and computer room, two laundry facilities, on-site maintenance, playground, pool, recycling, sundeck, TV lounge with WiFi available, and kids after-school program.

Additional Programs

We are also partnered with the J.B. Brown Fund. As a resident, you are eligible to apply for Emergency Assistance Grants, Emergency Rental Grants, as well as Scholarships. Please visit us to pick up a pamphlet for more details.

Parking and Unit Features

Parking is available in a gated area under shade. All units come with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas stove.

Qualification Requirements

All applicants combined must earn at least 2 times the rent to qualify but may not exceed the maximum allowable income.

Fees and Deposits

• Application fee per adult: $50 (must be paid via separate money order or cashier's check).
• Holding deposit required per unit: $300 (applied toward move-in costs).

1. 1 Bedroom: $1,616
2. 2 Bedroom: $1,799
3. 3 Bedroom: $1,999
4. 4 Bedroom: $2,299

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Closed for lunch daily from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM.
