Looking for an Apartment?
Here at Terracina in Lancaster, we operate as an affordable housing community and are currently accepting applications. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
We are currently offering 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom floor plans.
*Utilities included: water, sewage, and trash.
*Amenities offered include: BBQ and picnic area, basketball court, carport, clubhouse and computer room, two laundry facilities, on-site maintenance, playground, pool, recycling area, sundeck, TV lounge with available WiFi, and an after-school program for kids.
*We are also partnered with the J.B. Brown Fund. As a resident, you are eligible to apply for Emergency Assistance Grants, Emergency Rental Grants, and Scholarships. Please visit us in person to pick up a pamphlet.
*Parking is available in a gated, shaded area.
*All units are equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas stove.
*All applicants must have a combined income of at least two times the rent to qualify but cannot exceed the maximum allowable income limit.
*Application fee per adult: $50 (payable via a separate money order or cashier's check).
*Holding deposit required per unit: $300 (this amount will be applied toward move-in costs).

Office hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Closed daily for lunch between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM.
