Unit Features

All units include a refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas stove.

Qualification Requirements

All applicants combined must earn at least two times the monthly rent to qualify, but cannot exceed the maximum allowable income limit.

Fees and Deposit

• Application fee per adult: $50 (must be paid by separate money order or cashier check)
• Holding deposit per unit: $300 (this amount will be applied toward move-in costs)

• 2 bedroom: $1,799
• 3 bedroom: $1,999
• 4 bedroom: $2,299

Office Hours

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Closed daily for lunch from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM.
