Housing Opportunity in Lancaster
Are you searching for an apartment? Terracina in Lancaster is an affordable housing community that is currently accepting applications. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
We are now accepting applications for the following unit sizes: one-bedroom, one-bath; two-bedroom, two-bath; three-bedroom, two-bath; and four-bedroom, two-bath. Included utilities are water, sewage, and trash.
Amenities available include a BBQ and picnic area, basketball court, carport, clubhouse and computer room, two laundry facilities, on-site maintenance, a playground, a pool, recycling services, a sundeck, a TV lounge with Wi-Fi, and an after-school program for kids.
We are also partnered with the J.B. Brown Fund. As a resident, you may be eligible to apply for emergency assistance grants, emergency rental grants, and scholarships. Please visit us in person to request a pamphlet.
Parking is available in a shaded, gated area. All units come equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas stove.
All applicants combined must earn at least two times the rent to qualify, but may not exceed the maximum allowable income. The application fee per adult is $50, payable via a separate money order or cashier’s check. A holding deposit of $300 is required per unit, which will be applied toward move-in costs.
Rent prices are as follows: one-bedroom at $1,616, two-bedroom at $1,799, three-bedroom at $1,999, and four-bedroom at $2,200.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a lunch closure between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM daily.
