We are currently accepting applications for our affordable housing units in Lancaster. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Available unit sizes: 1x1, 2x2, 3x2, and 4x2 bedrooms.
• Utilities included: water, sewage, and trash.

• Parking is available in a gated, shaded area.
• All units include a refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas stove.

Qualification and Fees

• All applicants combined must earn at least 2 times the monthly rent to qualify, but total income cannot exceed the maximum allowable limit.
• Application fee per adult: $50 (must be paid via a separate money order or cashier's check).
• Holding deposit per unit: $300 (this amount goes toward move-in costs).

• 1 Bedroom: $1,616
• 2 Bedroom: $1,935
• 3 Bedroom: $1,999
• 4 Bedroom: $2,200

Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., closed for lunch daily from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
