• 1 Bedroom: $1,616 per month
• 2 Bedroom: $1,935 per month
• 3 Bedroom: $1,999 per month
• 4 Bedroom: $2,299 per month

Requirements and Application Details

• All applicants combined must earn at least 2 times the monthly rent to qualify, but must not exceed the maximum allowable income limit.
• Application fee per adult is $50, payable via a separate money order or cashier's check.
• A $300 Holding Deposit is required for a unit, which will be applied toward move-in costs.
