Unit Options

We are currently accepting applications for one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom apartments. Water, sewage, and trash services are included in the rent. Each unit comes with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas stove.

• One-Bedroom: $1,616 per month
• Two-Bedroom: $1,935 per month
• Three-Bedroom: $1,999 per month
• Four-Bedroom: $2,299 per month

Requirements and Financial Details

• All applicants combined must earn at least 2 times the monthly rent to qualify, though income must not exceed the maximum allowable limit.
• A non-refundable application fee of $50 per adult is required, payable via separate money order or cashier's check.
• A $300 holding deposit is required for each unit, which will be applied toward move-in costs.
• We collaborate with The J.B. Brown Fund, allowing residents to apply for Emergency Assistance Grants, Emergency Rental Grants, and Scholarships.
