We are a budget-friendly housing community located in Lancaster. We are currently accepting applications on a first-come, first-served appointment basis for a range of apartment sizes.

Overview

Applications are now open for 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom apartments. Water, sewer, and trash services are included in the rent. Every unit comes equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas stove.

• 1 Bedroom: $1,616 per month
• 2 Bedroom: $1,935 per month
• 3 Bedroom: $1,999 per month
• 4 Bedroom: $2,299 per month

Requirements and Application Details

• All applicants combined must earn at least twice the monthly rent to qualify, but cannot exceed the maximum allowable income limit.
• Application fee per adult: $50 (must be paid as a separate money order or cashier's check).
• A $300 Holding Deposit is required to reserve a unit. This amount will be applied toward move-in costs.
