This property is professionally managed and maintained around the clock. It is located in a highly sought-after, clean, safe, and secure area in North East Santa Clarita. It is a 5-minute drive to Magic Mountain via the 5 Freeway (North/South).

The rental term is month-to-month with a one-month minimum. After the first month, you can rent for $125 per day (pre-paid). A refundable security deposit of $950.00 is due prior to or on the day of your stay, along with the first month’s rent. The deposit, less any cleaning fees, is refunded upon vacancy as long as all house and HOA rules are followed. A property manager and two professionals live on site; they each have their own bedrooms, are respectful and quiet, and mostly keep to themselves.

Amenities and Rules

The laundry room is open daily during off-peak hours. Laundry and folding services are available upon request for an extra fee. You must provide your own laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent if needed. Reserved shelves and cupboards are available for you in the bathroom and kitchen, along with reserved space in the refrigerator, freezer, and pantry.

Rent includes 1 Gbps Wi-Fi, utilities, and parking for up to two cars. Any oversized vehicles (e.g., boats, RVs, trailers) require a parking fee for a maximum stay of one month ($300 each for one month only). Please inform the manager of your specific parking needs upon booking. Double occupancy is available at the listed rate. Complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks are available at the coffee bar for your enjoyment.

You have access to all common areas, including the kitchen, living room, dining room, a peaceful back downstairs patio, BBQ grills, a large community swimming pool, jacuzzi, park, picnic areas, hiking, biking, and walking trails, as well as lakes where you can enjoy your boat and go fishing. The kitchen is available for light cooking and is equipped with all appliances, utensils, and cookware.

Monthly Vacation/Mid-Term Corporate Rental

This rental is suitable for no more than two adults and two children under 17 years of age per room. A foldable floor mattress is available.

Basic House Rules

• No pets allowed. No allergies to pets. A small dog and visiting cats are on the premises.
• No persons with a criminal record are allowed to rent.
• No drugs, smoking, or vaping indoors or within 30 feet of the building.
• No parties and no drama.
• All adults entering or staying on the property must provide a copy of a valid picture ID prior to their stay or viewing.
• No additional overnight guests after booking has been made (maximum of 4 people).
• No illegal activity of any sort is allowed in or around the house or neighborhood. The on-site manager and neighboring manager keep the property safe, and many neighbors are law enforcement, firefighters, ex-military, and ex-marines.
• HOA quiet hours are from 9:30 PM to 8:30 AM daily.

The room is great for traveling or working professionals, engineers, nurses, doctors, executives, out-of-town visitors, full-time students, the newly divorced, solo vacationers, parents visiting their children in college, and those needing a break or transition space.

The dining room table seats six and includes placemats. The living room features a large-screen TV and leather recliners with USB ports and outlets, seating a maximum of six people. The back downstairs patio offers views of the hills, seating, shade, and an outdoor table. The community pool, park, and jacuzzi are steps away from the property, down a steep driveway behind the property. Gas BBQ grills are available; you must provide your own propane tank.

You must clean up after yourself and not leave any rubbish or dirty items after use. There are many hiking, biking, and walking trails, parks, and lakes nearby. The property is close to Starbucks, dining, shopping, fuel and charging stations, and entertainment. It has easy access to the 5 Freeway.
