Terms and Conditions

Month-to-month lease or daily rental available, with a minimum daily rate and security deposit required. Please read the details below.

Monthly rate: $1,250. Daily rate: $125 for the upstairs room (located near the laundry room). Security deposit: $950 (refundable provided all rules and regulations are followed).

Location and Amenities

Close to hiking, biking, and walking trails, lakes, fishing spots, parks, and a community pool with jacuzzi access. Convenient to public transportation, dining, shopping, and entertainment venues (only a five-minute drive to Magic Mountain).

All common areas of the shared house are available for use. The room and the executive home are fully furnished.

House Rules

• No smoking or vaping indoors.
• No criminal record.
• No parties.
• No overnight guests without additional fees and occupancy limits.
• No pets.
• No allergies to pets.
• No drugs.
• No drama.
• Alcohol consumption is permitted but limited to moderate use.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere.

Application Process

If you are interested in scheduling a viewing, please provide answers to the following questions along with your phone number and email address. We will contact you as soon as possible.

1. Employer name, contact information (landline), job title, and duties.
2. Weekly schedule.
3. Hometown.
4. Approximate length of stay needed.
5. Copy of a valid California driver's license or ID required prior to viewing or stay (for all adults aged 18 and older).
6. Hobbies and interests.
7. Reason for needing the room.
8. Any additional information you would like to share about yourself or your stay.
