Terms

Month-to-Month: $1,250 per month plus a one-time refundable security deposit of $1,000.

Daily Rate: $125 per adult and $75 per child (ages 1-17). Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. A $450 security deposit is required to reserve the room. Minimum stay of 5 days and 4 nights.

Location and Amenities

Near hiking, biking, and walking trails, lakes, fishing, parks, and community pool access including a jacuzzi. Close to public transportation, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Only a 5-minute drive to Magic Mountain.

Features

All common areas of the shared house are available for use. The home and room are as pictured and include bedding and towels, as well as laundering of these items.

Rules

• No smoking or vaping indoors.
• No criminal record.
• No parties.
• No overnight guests without pre-approval and additional fees.
• No pets.
• No allergies to pets.
• No drugs.
• Alcohol is acceptable on occasion.
