I am a long-time owner with the world's largest vacation club and I rent out my personal, unused vacation time. For over 20 years, I have helped families, couples, and groups enjoy unforgettable stays, and every guest has had a wonderful experience.

Holiday Specials

• 3 Nights, 1 bedroom sleeps 4: MAY 22-25, 2026. $700 OBO. Memorial Day.
• 3 Nights, 1 bedroom sleeps 4: May 15-18, 2026. $900 OBO. Electric Daisy Carnival.

Rates

From $150 to $450 per night. Choose from a studio up to a 2 bedroom, subject to availability. Prices vary based on room type and for weekends and holidays.

Memorial Day is already booked, so we just need to talk and discuss the details. To move forward, I require a signed contract and a 50% deposit. We will confirm everything together by phone and online in real time. Once your reservation is finalized, we will call the resort together to register you as my VIP guest. You will receive a confirmation number and access to special perks and services. Then you will pay the balance due.

How It Works

I log into my owner account and check live resort availability and costs. Once we find your perfect stay, I will make the reservation under your name as my personal guest.

I require a 50% deposit and a signed rental agreement to secure your stay. For bookings within 120 days, the resort does not allow refunds. Payments are accepted via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle for mutual protection.

Confirmation and VIP Benefits

We will confirm everything together by phone and online in real time. Once your reservation is finalized, we will call the resort together to register you as my VIP guest. You will receive a confirmation number and access to special perks and services. Then you will pay the balance due.
