I have been a long-term owner with a premier vacation club, offering my personal, unused vacation weeks for rent. For more than twenty years, I have helped guests create unforgettable trips with outstanding experiences.

Overview

Rent a vacation stay at one of more than 500 resorts around the globe. Rates start between $150 and $350 per night, depending on location and unit size. Accommodations can include up to three bedrooms. A special 3-night New Year’s stay (December 29, 2025 through January 1, 2026) is available for $750 or best offer.

  • United States: Arizona (Scottsdale, Sedona), California (Carlsbad, Napa, Palm Springs, Lake Tahoe), Colorado, Florida (Key West, Orlando, Miami), Hawaii (Maui, Oahu, Kona), Nevada (Las Vegas), and many more.
  • International: Europe, Japan, Jamaica, Mexico, Canada, Australia, Thailand, India, South Africa, Morocco, Indonesia, and more.

How It Works and Requirements

  • I check live availability and make the reservation directly under your name as my personal guest.
  • A 50% deposit and a signed rental agreement are required to secure your booking.
  • For reservations within 120 days of arrival, the resort’s policy does not permit refunds.
  • Payments are accepted via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
  • All guests must check in with a valid ID and credit card for incidentals.
