$1,250 per month (move-in flexible around December 1). A completely furnished private bedroom in a three-bedroom apartment located in Santa Monica. The rent covers WiFi, water, electricity, and gas. Short-term stays (one to three months) are preferred, though longer arrangements may be considered.

• Vegetarian household: no cooking or eating meat inside the apartment.
• Must be tidy, clean, and diligent about washing dishes promptly.
• Outgoing, sociable, and open to meeting new people.
• Responsible, mature, and consistent with rent payments.
• No smoking or drugs; moderate alcohol consumption is acceptable.
• Preference given to international visitors, but all applicants are welcome.
• Note: Two platonic friends may share the room for $1,500 per month (couples are not considered).
