Overview

Indulge in a seven-night stay at the beautiful Pono Kai Resort. This offer includes a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo (either 740 square feet or 950 square feet with a loft) at a fixed price, with the finest available view reserved for your chosen dates.

• $1,600 for a 7-night stay.
• $3,000 for a 14-night stay.

The price covers the unit rental. A $90 weekly tax must be paid directly to the resort upon arrival. No cleaning fee or extra charges apply.

Booking and Stay Details

• Check-in: Available on any Wednesday or Saturday throughout 2026.
• Check-out: The following Wednesday or Saturday.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking. Once reserved, dates cannot be changed.
• No refunds for early departure or bad weather, except in cases of mandatory evacuation orders.

Accommodation and Features

Two Unit Options Offered at the Same Price:

• Standard (740 sq ft): Accommodates up to 4 guests (one king bed plus a queen sofa bed).
• Plus Loft (950 sq ft): Accommodates up to 6 guests (one king bed, a loft king bed, and a queen sofa bed).

Unit Amenities:

• Full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher, along with complete cookware and utensils.
• Balcony or patio.
• Air conditioning, free WiFi, cable TV, DVD player, and a landline phone.
• Recently renovated.

• Oceanfront property with easy beach access.
• Swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts, pickleball courts, putting green, shuffleboard, and croquet.

Policies and Requirements

• At least one guest must be 21 years of age or older.
• Occupancy limits are strictly enforced, with a maximum of 4 or 6 guests.
• Pets are not allowed.
• RVs and trailers are not permitted.
