I am seeking an unconventional housing arrangement to store personal items and establish a legal residence. I am a former Westside homeowner with an excellent credit score in the mid-800s, currently offering long-term care for family on the East Coast. I intend to travel back to Los Angeles periodically and require a base to maintain an active presence here.
