Overview

A private, furnished upstairs bedroom is now available for rent starting in April. The monthly rent of $1,250 includes all utilities, parking, Wi-Fi, and access to television or streaming services (your own subscriptions are needed). Another room will become available in June 2026. A one-time, refundable security deposit of $1,200 is required.

Please note: An alternative pricing option exists. You may choose a fully furnished room at $1,300 per month with a $1,000 refundable security deposit, or an unfurnished room at $1,250 per month, which includes only a full-sized bed and television.

• No working from home.
• Occasional drinking is acceptable.
• Tenants must provide their own food and cleaning supplies; brooms, mops, and vacuums are supplied.
• A valid photo ID is required to rent or view the property.
• Current housemates include a full-time student and a professional graduate from UCLA.
• A 30-day notice is required to vacate.
