Real estate sales and design company is seeking an operations assistant to perform high-level tasks that are essential to its daily operations and special projects. This role is well suited for individuals with relevant experience in real estate sales, property management, transaction coordination, showing assistance, construction, or CAD drafting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project site visits and document client design requests.
• Accurately measure various properties and record measurements in an organized format for in-house drafters.
• Answer incoming inquiries via phone, email, and direct messages during business hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Manage client communications through in-person meetings, calls, and emails.
• Track client interactions and project details using Google Sheets and Notion.
• Follow up on all inquiries and leads.
• Perform basic property research, including zoning and size information.
• Generate and send proposals to clients.
• Schedule appointments and property showings.
• Draft multi-page contracts, proposals, and response letters using provided templates.
• Coordinate with various vendors via email, including requesting necessary documents and following up until received.
• Courier documents to and from vendors and clients across the Los Angeles area.
• Capture video recordings during site visits.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in drafting, construction, real estate, sales, property management, or interior design.
• Consistency in work performance.
• Detail-oriented approach.
• Strong internet research capabilities.
• Excellent customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Extremely responsive via email and phone during business hours.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Own a vehicle in good working condition.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Own an Apple iPhone 14 or newer model.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Google Calendar, Notion, and Canva.
• Ability to wear multiple hats, as all work supports three subsidiary companies; the candidate must know which role to assume when interacting with stakeholders across each entity.
• Fast learner.

Compensation and Offer

• 1099 position, starting as part-time and in-person, with potential to increase hours for the right candidate.
• Plus commission on sales that the candidate manages from start to finish.
• Starting pay of $30 per hour, based on experience and interview performance.
