A growing drapery hardware and window treatment company is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to help expand the business.

This is not a standard desk-based office position. We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly and professional when interacting with customers
• Skilled on the phone and with text messaging
• Comfortable using Instagram and social media
• Organized and a quick learner
• Motivated to attract new customers and grow alongside the company
• Able to multitask effectively in a small business setting

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and assist walk-in customers
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Help manage Instagram, Google posts, and social media
• Reach out to designers, installers, and local businesses
• Assist with scheduling and customer service tasks
• Help keep the showroom organized and active
• Learn about drapery hardware, roller shades, and window treatments

Bonus Experience:

• Window treatments
• Interior design or showroom work
• Flooring, cabinets, furniture, or home improvement
• Sales or customer service
• QuickBooks or basic computer skills

We are a growing local business in Van Nuys with a showroom and warehouse specializing in:
