Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for skilled trades and hospitality positions
- Manage end-to-end recruiting, from job advertisements to placement
- Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
- Establish relationships with clients to comprehend hiring requirements
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and assignment of employees
- Keep precise records within applicant tracking systems
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients and employees to confirm satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Prior recruiting or staffing experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and operate in a fast-paced setting
- Self-driven with a focus on achieving results
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms
