• Marketing Manager - $75,000 - $85,000 per year, DOE
• Assistant Maintenance Manager - Student Housing - $36.06 - $38.46 per hour, DOE
• Maintenance Technician 1 - $23 - $25 per hour, DOE
• Lead Maintenance Technician - Student Housing - $26 - $28 per hour
• Assist Maintenance Manager - $27 - $30 per hour, DOE plus housing (2x2)
