Temporary Position | San Bernardino, CA

Kelly Services is currently seeking candidates for a temporary Election Warehouse Support role in San Bernardino. This is a great opportunity for individuals who possess strong computer proficiency, a keen eye for detail, and experience thriving in a fast-paced work setting.

Position Details

• Pay Rate: $21.86 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Overtime: Mandatory overtime may be required as needed
• Start Date: May 21
• Assignment Length: Approximately 3 to 4 months, with possibility of extension
• Screening Requirement: Must be available to complete screening today or tomorrow and begin work on 5/21

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, and copiers
• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to accurately follow policies and procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, pull, push, bend, and perform routine physical tasks in line with warehouse safety standards
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds

Job Duties Include (but are not limited to)

• Prepare, operate, test, and maintain election-related equipment
• Proof election materials for accuracy and quality
• Perform quality assurance checks on materials, equipment, and processes
• Complete paperwork related to election material tracking and recording
• Perform warehouse duties as assigned
